Organize Your Mind, Organize Your Life
Have you ever noticed that your mind is running in a million directions and you can’t seem to finish one project before you start something else or leave it unattended altogether? Perhaps you’ve also noticed that your desk, home and vehicle also seem cluttered. There is a correlation to mind clutter and environmental clutter. Join me for a half-day program that will help to declutter your life. Participants will:
Outline perceived boundaries and limitations that are contributing to clutter
Decode psychological entanglement as reasons for clutter and other protective behaviors
Using the theories of A. Maslow, review hierarchical needs toward self-actualization and how decluttering can promote personal healing and growth
Define strategies to declutter on your own terms and timeline
Build a contract and identify lifelines to keep you on track
