This full-day workshop brings members of leadership and line-staff together to identify and build upon shared strengths while fostering deeper connection. Collaborative teams are essential to creating a flexible and responsive organization where people can be empowered to work together to build safe decision making into the front lines flattening the hierarchical curve. It is recommended that there be representation from executive leadership, managers, mid-level managers and direct care or line-staff to fully appreciate and develop their individualized groups for the betterment of the whole. Participants will:

Outline expectations and barriers to a flattened hierarchical curve
Indicate the importance of boundaries, limitations and regulatory requirements
Build a Team Code of Ethics
