Holistic Living: Mind, Body & Soul

Human beings are multidimensional and when one facet is ailing, or in a state of DIS-ease, the others facets will also be negatively impacted and thrown off-line so to speak. This full day program will discuss the interconnectedness of humans as organisms as well as spiritual beings. We will review methods that can work to create overall well-being taking all of these facets into consideration. Participants will:

  • Understand the primitive nature of human beings and how that affects behavior

  • Outline methods and practical applications toward creating a healthier mind, body and spirit

  • Why the ‘use it or lose it’ theory is accurate

  • Understand the universal laws as they apply to humans

  • Create a self-care contract with goal statements and a plan to implement

  • Identify your lifelines and networks toward accountability
