This full day program offers a fundamental overview of nutrition and how to calculate your individual needs based on your unique goals without the use of a trainer or nutritionist. You will learn how to get started in purposeful movement and we will outline a quality, multipronged approach, that will facilitate a successful, long-standing outcome. Participants will:
