As a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, pro-qualified physique competitor and registered nurse with over thirty years of experience, I can work with you to get you to where you’d like to be.

This full day program offers a fundamental overview of nutrition and how to calculate your individual needs based on your unique goals without the use of a trainer or nutritionist. You will learn how to get started in purposeful movement and we will outline a quality, multipronged approach, that will facilitate a successful, long-standing outcome. Participants will:

  • Identify what carbs, fats and protein are and how they serve the body

  • Understand the power of plants

  • Understand how to read a food label

  • Understand the importance of water

  • Identify the importance of sleep

  • Learn how sugar, alcohol and caffeine affect the body and fitness goals

  • Learn how to get started with intentional movement

  • Identify the importance of preparation and consistency
