·         Instructor was great and very knowledgeable about the topic.

·         Provided insight about signs and clues that a person is living with cognitive impairment and how to interact better to garner the information we need from them in the field.

·         I felt as though this program should be longer, I was left wanting more because there are so many situations that come up in the field. It’s so gratifying to know we can refer families and people living with cognitive impairment to Ms. Palmiero so they can get the resources and help they need above and beyond us just moving past the situation we are dealing with at the time; thank you!
